We watch “The Wedding of River Song” (Series 6, Episode 13) where the Doctor…well…marries River Song. Prior to said nuptials, the Doctor has his bachelor’s party in an awesome crypt where he gets enlightened by some blue head…in a box! River Song’s bridal shower re-occurs at Lake Silencio where she goes all Bridezilla and changes history because it’s her special day! Then the Egyptian themed rehearsal dinner leads to the real shocker: the buildup to the season end is kinda meh. So the Doctor lives but River is still imprisoned for his murder while Rory and Amy think their daughter killed him. Mazel tov?
